ABOUT SHOAIB

As a junior developer at Kmitra, I've witnessed the incredible talent within our community—from brilliant writers crafting compelling narratives to designers creating stunning visuals and developers building innovative solutions.

My experience in web development and robotics has taught me the importance of collaboration, systematic thinking, and user-centered design—principles I want to bring to Kmitra's leadership.

I'm currently a second-year student at KMIT, actively involved in both academics and extracurriculars. Alongside my college studies, I'm pursuing a dual degree—BS in Data Science from IIT Madras—which has given me a strong foundation in analytics, problem-solving, and modern technology. This unique combination helps me bring fresh perspectives and technical expertise to every project I undertake.

I believe in transparent communication, inclusive decision-making, and building systems that empower every contributor to do their best work and reach their full potential.
